The Landscape Ontario Snow and Ice Management Training Program is a structured, multi-level training and accreditation system designed to enhance safety, environmental responsibility, and operational excellence in the snow and ice industry. Whether you're starting your career or managing a snow and ice control business, this program provides the skills, knowledge and accreditation necessary to operate at the highest industry standards.

Program structure: Multi-level training  

This program provides a progressive learning path for professionals in the snow and ice industry. The progressive levels of training ensure a clear career development path, allowing participants to gain knowledge and accreditation relevant to their roles.

Certification process

  • Digital Training Passport: Every participant will have a tracked certification record that can be verified by employers.
  • Accredited training providers: Courses will be delivered through approved industry trainers and an online learning platform.
  • Continuing education requirements: Certifications will require renewals every three years to maintain accreditation.
