Invasive pest information night Niagara

Learn more about the Spotted Lantern Fly, Hemlock Wooly Adelgid and Oak Wilt at a Pest Information Night being hosted by the Invasive Species Centre


The Invasive Species Centre is hosting an Invasive Pest Information Night in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The night will include presentations on key invasive species of concern, as well as an opportunity for networking amongst local environmental organizations and the public. (See Agenda).
 

When: March 10, 2020, 5 to 8 p.m.
Where: The Hare Wineries Co. (The Barrel Cellar Room)

This free event is open to the public, but is targeted at those with an interest in:
  • Forestry
  • Agriculture
  • Conservation
  • or any member of the public with an interest in stopping the spread of invasive species in the Niagara region.
 
Space is limited so registration is required to secure your seat, please register one person per entry.

Refreshments will be available, as well as wine for purchase.
