A two-day immersive, retreat-style event that will focus on delivering relevant business and leadership topics for discussion. Our Muskoka Summit is aimed at business owners and managers. This summit will prioritize both facilitated and organic networking opportunities, while highlighting key topics with brief presentations for the context of roundtable discussions.

Cruising along the current track of consumer hesitancy and potentially bumpy short-term recessionary trend in our economy, attendees will roll up their sleeves and dive into challenging questions to prime their ‘pivot quotient’ — their ability to adapt strategies and operations on the fly in lock-step with consumer confidence and demand. Topics on the table will range from shifting strategies on marketing, monitoring overhead recovery, determining suitable cost-cutting measures, creative ways to bolster a sluggish sales funnel, keeping the team inspired, and seeking out new opportunities.
